How long do customs take?
Most pieces ship within 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a more specific timeline once we chat about the design.
Can I pick my own colors?
Absolutely. Send a color you love (or a Pinterest pic!) and we'll match yarn for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — drop your country in your message and we'll quote shipping with your reply.
